The study by Wiebe and Just1 concluded that some of the participants in their online study reported that cannabis had positive effects on their sexuality, while other noted that cannabis made them sleepy or less focused or had no effect on their sexual experience. The fact that cannabis can have either positive or negative impact on sexuality has been known for decades if not centuries.2 The bidirectionality of cannabis effect on human sexuality could be explained in terms of dose and acuity vs chronicity of its use.
