Weight loss, chronic pain, nausea and vomiting, depression and insomnia: cancer can be associated with symptoms where cannabis and cannabinoids may be of benefit. THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), CBD (cannabidiol), CBG (cannabigerol) and other natural and synthetic cannabinoids are also said to have anti-cancer properties.
