Abstract

大麻素受体(CBR)是内源性大麻素系统的重要组成部分,介导了内源性大麻素或外源性大麻类似物的胞内信号转导,广泛参与心血管疾病的发生发展过程。CBR主要包括经典的1型及2型大麻素受体,以及新型的瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体和其他G蛋白耦联受体。该文综述了CBR的结构及组织分布特点,以及CBR在高血压、心肌肥厚、心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血再灌注损伤及糖尿病心肌病等发生发展中的作用及其机制。.


Cannabinoid receptor (CBR) is an important part of the endocannabinoid system, which mediates the intracellular signal transduction of endocannabinoids or exogenous cannabis analogs, and is widely involved in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases . CBR mainly includes classic type 1 and type 2 cannabinoid receptors, as well as new transient receptor potential vanilloid subtype 1, peroxisome proliferator activated receptors and other G protein-coupled receptors. This article reviews the structure and tissue distribution characteristics of CBR, as well as the role and mechanism of CBR in the occurrence and development of hypertension, myocardial hypertrophy, heart failure, atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and diabetic cardiomyopathy. .
